price The price, including VAT, is indicated in the online catalog of the e-commerce section of the site, corresponding to each product and each product variant where applicable.

Features and prices of products or services
Product images may not be fully representative of their characteristics but may differ in color, size, accessory products shown. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
The products are offered at the price indicated on the site on the date on which the order is executed. 
Coffee products are removed from the sale 4 months before the expiration date. 
Prices are inclusive of VAT which will be indicated in detail on the invoice for the purchase of the product, where issued.
Prices do not include transport and delivery costs which are however indicated in the final section before sending the order and specified in the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer. 

Order
execution Orders can only be made from and to the territories indicated on the "Shipping and delivery" page.
Orders are subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations and the products are offered within the limits of stock availability. 
Orders that come from people who have not reached the age of 18 will not be accepted. 
The phases for the execution of the order and for concluding the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages of the site through explanatory texts and graphics. In particular it is advisable to read the notice on withdrawal which can be memorized and printed at any time.
It is possible to correct any data entry errors before sending the order.

Confirmation of receipt of the order and acceptance of the same
Once an order has been received, Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will automatically send an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail, in which all the details of the order itself will be summarized. Following the receipt of an order, Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will verify the actual availability of the product ordered and only after this verification will it communicate its acceptance of the order and the shipment of the product.
In the event that Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale is unable to fulfill an order received it will promptly notify the Customer.
Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.

Methods of payment accepted
Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale accepts payment only through the systems listed below: 
-  Credit card  (American Express, Visa or Mastercard); through the Paypal payment platform
-  PayPal:  online payment system that allows any company or consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments, subject to registration. Payment is made through the PayPal payment platform. 
Bank transfer:  when ordering, if the bank transfer is selected as a payment method, the data for sending the transfer will be provided (bank details and iban code).

Shipment of products
Shipment and delivery of products can only be carried out on the territories indicated on the "Shipping and delivery" page. 
Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination address specified in the order. We do not accept shipments to Post Boxes.
Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 24 working hours from the acceptance of the order. If the payment is made by bank transfer, the final order is accepted upon receipt of the actual crediting to the current account.
Delivery times vary according to the type of transport chosen, however the times given for the receipt of the goods are indicative.
Delivery costs are invoiced based on the rates indicated on the Website or communicated by Customer Service on the date the order was sent. 
The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the area of ​​destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for delivery. Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale undertakes to collect any reports of failed or delayed delivery of products through the Customer Service and, if necessary, to assist the Customer in protecting his rights as per law.

Customer acceptance of the product
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately challenged by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the courier document, the Customer certifies the external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.

Billing
An invoice will be issued for each order of the private customer who has entered his tax identification number, and for each order of the professional customer or company with p. VAT. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer when ordering will be used. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof. When ordering, it is necessary to indicate if the shipping address is different from the billing address. If the private customer chooses not to enter his tax code, or the professional customer or company his own p. VAT, Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will not issue an invoice or certify payment by issuing a receipt or tax receipt (articles 22, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and article 2, letter o) Presidential Decree 696/96) " 

Right of withdrawal and restitution rules 
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 implementing directive 97/7 / EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain repayment of the purchase amount actually paid.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 10 working days from receipt of the product in the following ways:
1. The customer sends a registered letter with return receipt to Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale. The communication can be sent, within the same term, by telegram or e-mail to info@caffesalimbene.com, or telephone communication to Customer Service at +39 0817803278. 
2. The Customer Service contact the Customer communicating the Return Authorization Number (RMA).
3. The Customer reports the RMA Number on the return form received together with the delivery documents. 
4. The Customer is subsequently contacted by the courier to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the RMA.
The reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include shipping costs, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase.
In the event that the Customer sends back damaged products that do not have a return number (RMA), which are not returned by the above deadline, opened and / or partially used, not regularly or completely packaged, or in which they are missing or are certain parts, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and / or other objects have been damaged, the right of withdrawal expires in full. In the cases indicated above, Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will return the purchased good to the Customer, charging him for the shipping costs.
With the aforementioned limitations, Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale will reimburse the amount actually paid by the Customer within 30 days from the notice of withdrawal by credit note on the bank account or on the credit card. 

Warranty
All products, other than foodstuffs, sold by Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002 and subsequent amendments and articles 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice, or, where non-existent, the transport document.
If the purchased product appears to have manufacturing defects and / or has been damaged during transport, the Customer may request its replacement within the mandatory period of 10 days from receipt by telegram, or e-mail to info @ caffesalimbene. com, or telephone communication to Customer Service at +39 0817803278. The Customer is also required to return the defective or damaged product in its original undamaged packaging in all its parts.

In case of replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the return are borne by Carlo Grenci Srl Unipersonale. The latter will then replace the product with an identical one or, in the event that stocks are exhausted and after agreement with the Customer, with one of equivalent value.

Current law and jurisdiction 
The sale of products and / or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws in force in the Italian Republic. The place of jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute will be the Court of Naples
